  • Midsole: Providing support and stability for people who overpronate or have flexible arches, the GEL-KAYANO® 29 features a LITETRUSS™ placed on the midsole’s inside angle that is designed to help keep your foot from rolling too far inward during your stride. The updated shoe also features a low-profile external heel counter that cradles your foot to keep it secure and provide rearfoot support.
  • Outsole: This newest version still features ASICS’ signature GEL technology that absorbs impact and feels amazing underfoot.
